Prime Central Park Heathrow presents four new build, best-in-class detached sustainable logistics buildings available to let, ranging from 33,000 to 64,000 sq ft.
Each unit features high-specification design with clear internal heights up to 14m, dock and ground level loading doors, generous yard depths (34m–40m), and ample car parking including EV charging points. With 24-hour gated security, 360° lorry turning, up to 50kn/m² floor loading, and excellent access to a skilled labour force of over 1 million economically active people within 30 minutes' drive, Prime Central Park delivers a flexible, efficient, and sustainable working environment ideally positioned for businesses requiring proximity to Heathrow Airport and West London's arterial routes.
Location
Prime Central Park occupies an excellent and central position in North Feltham, providing direct access to Heathrow Airport, West London, and the motorway network. The development is just 10 minutes' drive from Heathrow Cargo Terminal (4 miles), 8 minutes from M4 junction 3 (2.3 miles), 13 minutes from M3 junction 1, and 15 minutes from M25 junction 15 (6.7 miles). The A316 is accessible within 10 minutes (2.6 miles). Public transport connectivity is excellent, with bus stops situated directly outside the park gates (routes 116, 117, 235, and 635 serving Brentford, Sunbury, Staines, and Ashford), Hatton Cross station just 7 minutes away, Hounslow West station 11 minutes away, and Feltham Railway Station nearby.
Heathrow Terminal 4 is reachable in 10 minutes. The location provides access to a substantial labour force, with over 1 million economically active people within 30 minutes' drive and over 4.1 million within 60 minutes. The total population within 30 minutes' drive exceeds 2 million, rising to 7.6 million within 60 minutes, supported by London Heathrow's record 83.9 million annual passengers and 650 daily flight arrivals.
Pre-Let Opportunities
Early pre-let opportunities are available across all four units, offering occupiers the chance to secure prime space and benefit from potential fit-out contributions and lease incentives. Prospective tenants can work closely with the development team to tailor specifications to their operational requirements, ensuring the buildings meet their exact business needs from day one.
Interested parties are encouraged to act quickly to capitalise on this rare opportunity to secure best-in-class sustainable logistics space in one of West London's most strategically connected locations.
