Project Golden Sand comprises approximately 40 en suite bedrooms, restaurant, lounge bar, spa, sauna and terrace. The hotel benefits from a self contained staff apartment.


Our clients have significantly invested into the hotel, most recently replacing the electrical work. There remains the opportunity to undertake a targeted capital expenditure program to invest into the public areas and room stock in order to drive average room rates.

Falmouth University is home to around 5,000 students. Falmouth is one of the best sailing locations in the UK due to its sheltered deep harbour and as such is home to numerous sailing schools.


The town has many art galleries and venues showcasing independent films, media and live bands.
