17 Falcon Court, St. Martin's Way, London, SW17 0JH

Our client runs a successful commercial kitchen hire business from the property which comprises four separate fully fitted professional catering kitchens. These are rented out on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Financial information is available upon request.

The property would also suit someone wanting to operate their own catering business from the premises. Our Client spent in excess of £300,000 about 5 years ago on equipping the property.

Alternatively, the set up would be ideal for a dark kitchen operation.

Location

The property is located on a well established commercial estate just off Garratt Lane (A218).

The nearest stations are Earlsfield, Tooting Broadway and Wimbledon Park.

There are good road access links to South London areas and the property is very close to Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Club and AFC Wimbledon.
