Unit C1, Fens Pool Avenue, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1QA

The unit is of steel portal frame construction with breeze-block walls to mid height and steel cladding above, beneath a newly over-clad roof. It is accessed via a large roller shutter door with five-metre height clearance, and offers an open-plan industrial area with an over-screeded and painted floor and excellent natural light from the new roof panels. There are two WCs at ground floor, and from the personnel entrance occupiers can move into the workshop or up to the fully refurbished first floor offices and additional storage.

Situated just outside Brierley Hill and on the ever-popular Wallows Industrial Estate, the property is accessed off Dudley Road.

It is well connected to the local and wider region, with the M5 just over four miles away, approximately eight miles south of Wolverhampton and 12 miles west of Birmingham. Cradley Heath railway station is around two miles away, and Merry Hill Shopping Centre is only minutes from the property.
