Working with landlords and tenants for the last 30 years
In 1986, Jarvis Keller was one of the first agents to realise the huge potential of the Clerkenwell area as a hub for business, leisure and retail, prompting us to open our offices in the heart of Smithfield.
Our considerable knowledge and expertise in the commercial property field, coupled with a personal service from the company's senior directors, has contributed to creating one of the most exciting and vibrant commercial locations in London - attracting entrepreneurs, international blue chips and the cream of creative services.
We pride ourselves on having consultancy based relationships with our clients, sharing our experience and offering strategic solutions to their property requirements. As a specialist commercial agency, Jarvis Keller works with both Landlords and Tenants, specialising in renting, letting, selling and acquiring commercial property such as offices, studios, shops, restaurants, wine bars and showrooms. Operating primarily in Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Smithfield and Barbican, we are also involved in investment and development sales and acquisitions throughout London.
We believe that we've played an invaluable role in shaping the unique character of Clerkenwell, helping ventures of all sizes feel at home in this distinctive business community. We look forward to continuing that achievement in the years to come.
