A brand new private consultation room available within B Forme, a boutique Pilates and wellness studio in Stirchley, Birmingham, opening in late September 2026.

The room is ideal for professionals looking for a modern and welcoming space for one-to-one appointments and would particularly suit counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, CBT practitioners, nutritionists, dietitians, women’s health and menopause practitioners, hypnotherapists and other consultation-based health and wellbeing professionals.

The room is private and lockable and will be provided unfurnished, allowing the occupier to create a space that works around their own practice. The premises are newly fitted throughout and benefit from acoustically insulated internal walls, dimmable lighting, heating and power, practitioner Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, a comfortable communal waiting area, kitchenette, drinking-water facilities and toilet facilities.

B Forme will offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre and recovery, creating a natural fit for practitioners working across health and wellbeing. Being based within the studio also provides the potential for mutual referrals, collaboration and natural client crossover, while allowing the occupier to continue operating their own independent practice.

The studio occupies an attractive canal-side setting and is particularly keen to hear from female practitioners and professionals working within women’s health and wellbeing. B Forme itself is a mixed-gender facility; however, the occupier’s own practice can remain women-only if preferred.

The room will be available from late September 2026, with access during B Forme opening hours. Exact practitioner hours and terms will be agreed as part of the licence.
