Berehill Caravan Park is accessed via Burgage Field, a tarmac surfaced road which leads directly into the secluded caravan park. A circular tarmac surfaced internal road surrounds a central lawned area with communal lights and provides vehicular access to all homes. The park is laid out to accommodate 12 pitches, each with generous sized plots. There are eight twin units and four single units. Seven units are owner-occupied and five are owned in-hand by the park, one of which is split into two single units providing six units for let on assured shorthold tenancies. The property is bounded by mature trees, many of which are protected by Tree Preservation Orders, beyond which is open countryside, residential housing, Whitchurch Police Station and the local scout hut.

Berehill Caravan Park is located on the outskirts of Whitchurch, a thriving market town situated in the upper reaches of the picturesque River Test Valley and on the southern edge of the North Wessex Downs National Landscape (AONB). The River Test, a 40-mile chalk stream, runs through Whitchurch. The area boasts a number of tourist attractions including Whitchurch Silk Mill, the oldest working silk mill in England, the Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery at nearby Laverstoke Mill, and the Watership Down Trail, a 24-mile circular route through locations featured in the book by author Richard Adams.

Whitchurch provides an excellent range of shops and amenities, and the town also benefits from a mainline railway station with direct services to London Waterloo. Regular bus services are available to Basingstoke and Andover, with a bus stop located close to the caravan park. Easy access is available to the national road network.
