Occupying an advantageous position in the centre of the village, this stone built end terraced former post office has been thoughtfully converted in recent years and now forms a spacious ground floor office/shop with a cloakroom with further Office / Meeting rooms, a full Bathroom and a Kitchen to the first floor. The premises also benefits from high quality sash windows, an enviable frontage, an enclosed garden to the rear and a private parking space.
Cross Hills is a busy and popular village where property of this type is rarely available and early viewing is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
