Leicester City Council (LCC) invites applications from Community Organisations to submit their proposals in the form of a Business Case to support an application for Community Asset Transfer (CAT) of the Coleman Neighbourhood Centre for a term of five (5) years.

Rent is £1 per annum (peppercorn rent). There will be annual fee of £2,500 payable to Leicester City Council to cover administrative costs for inspecting the building and to carry out statutory compliance checks on an annual basis.
