Fully Converted Café Premises with Outside Seating and Customer Parking

Marazion is a popular coastal town on the shores of Mount's Bay, directly opposite St Michael's Mount, one of Cornwall's best-known visitor attractions. The town lies two miles east of Penzance, with easy access to the A30. It draws a steady flow of visitors throughout the year alongside a strong local resident base, making it an attractive location for a café operator.

A fully converted property, well suited to use as a café, with space for outside seating and dedicated customer parking. The premises benefit from a three-phase electricity supply and underfloor heating. An air source heat pump provides the heating, with a woodburning stove adding to it and giving the space a welcoming focal point. No inventory of fixtures and fittings is being provided and the ingoing tenant will be responsible for providing the necessary equipment.
