Business Description
Veritas Business Sales are privileged to offer to the market this Fast Food takeaway which is located in Castle Bromwich. The current owner transformed the premises into what you see today in June 2025. They are now offering the business for sale due to other business interests requiring their full attention.
Since ownership there has been continual investment in new equipment along with fixtures & fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price which is a huge plus for any new purchaser as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time. Crave is operated by a team of staff members and has a current weekly turnover of circa £3,000 operated on relatively short opening times. They serve a fine range of pizzas, peri peri chicken, burgers, doner kebabs, southern fried chicken, chips, wings, wraps, milkshakes, desserts, ice cream and soft drinks.
We believe that an owner operator at the helm would significantly increase turnover, along with extending the current opening times and opening lunchtimes. This is a superb opportunity to purchase a fully fitted restaurant & takeaway where all the hard work has been done, and as such early viewing is highly recommended.
