Welcome to David Blount Ltd, an independently owned company, covering the Mansfield and Ashfield areas. Established in 1992, we have now been successfully serving the local community for over 30 years and we are proud of the reputation we have established during that time. Our Office is located in Kirkby in Ashfield.

We specialise in residential lettings, as well as commercial property. David Blount is still very much a part of the every day running of the business but we are also fortunate to have a very loyal team working for us and this, combined with David personal commitment and experience, means that we really are the people to speak to concerning property related matters.

So, if you are looking to rent or have a property you wish us to manage, then speak to a member of staff at our Kirkby branch.
