Unit 4, The Old Dairy, Charlton Park Estate

The Old Dairy is located within the charming Charlton Park Estate, just a 3 mile drive outside of the town of Malmesbury. The Old Dairy is less than 1 mile from the A429 with access to Cirencester to the North and Junction 17 of the M4 to the South. Set within the Wiltshire countryside, the Old Dairy is the former Estate's Office and offers an office environment that mixes the idyllic rural setting whilst remaining professional to give that 'work-life balance'.

Set back from the main road, the Old Dairy benefits from a quiet environment, with a maintained lawn to the front and grazing horses to the rear, suited towards office needs.

The office itself is full of character, with traditional exposed beans, yet remains a smart and clean, self-contained space with high ceilings, modern kitchen and toilet facilities and an open-plan working space. There is plenty of parking to the front of The Old Dairy, and exclusive outdoor space to the rear.

Strictly by appointment with agents.
