Plot 34 , Athenian Way , Grimsby , North East Lincolnshire , DN37 9SY

The property comprises a modern detached industrial unit of steel portal frame construction, having cavity brick/blockwork walls with profile insulated cladding thereafter, which has been used to surmount the pitched roofs above.

Internally, the property was refurbished/modernised and provides extensive ground floor manufacturing/warehouse accommodation, being essentially clear span with the exception of where the original building meets the high bay extension.

Externally, to the north and east elevations there is car parking for 80 vehicles approx. with an open storage area beyond. The property is fully enclosed by way of palisade fencing, with two sets of gates in the east and north elevations. The site is principally level and configured on a rectangular shaped plot.
