Land at Preston Road, Grimsargh, Lancashire

The site at Preston Road provides for a prominent residential development opportunity in a popular, highly attractive and established village location. The site currently comprises agricultural land laid to grass and extends to approximately 1.002 hectares (2.475 acres), which is generally level, regular in shape and has secure hedgerows / fences lining the entire perimeter and frontage onto Preston Road.

The principle of development has been established through a previously consented scheme on the site and site access is currently being constructed to an adoptable standard via and by the adjoining residential developer (Applethwaite), anticipated for completion by April 2027.

Offers are sought from SME developers for the freehold interest in the site on a conditional basis, via informal tender. The deadline for the submission of offers is Friday 15th January 2027. Further information in relation to how to submit an offer is detailed on the final page of the marketing particulars.
