Mae'r Cyngor yn gwahodd cynigion am rydd-ddaliad neu brydles hir ar gyfer yr eiddo. Rhagwelir y bydd y Cyngor yn mynd i'r farchnad er mwyn ymchwilio i unrhyw gynigion a'u deall yn iawn.
Cyn iddynt gyflwyno cais, byddai'n fuddiol i bartïon sydd â diddordeb drafod eu syniadau gyda ni. Nid yw'r Cyngor yn rhwym i dderbyn unrhyw gynnig. Bydd unrhyw gynnig a dderbynnir yn mynd gerbron y Cabinet er cymeradwyaeth.
Cyhoeddir ffurflenni tendro o leiaf deufis cyn y dyddiad cau ar gyfer cyflwyno cynigion a byddant yn manylu ynghylch y wybodaeth sydd ei hangen gyda'r cynnig.

Conwy County Borough Council is the freeholder owner of the Conwy Civic Hall which is a Grade II Listed Building. It fronts onto the main thoroughfare of Castle Street and backs onto the Quayside Estuary of the River Conwy. As part of the disposal there is the potential to acquire additional land forming part of the enclosed area on Conwy Quay and the Pla Isa car park, if interested parties require these to deliver their scheme.

Process
The Council will be seeking Freehold or Long Leasehold offers for the property. It is envisaged that the Council will engage with the marketplace to explore and fully understand any proposal.
Prior to submission, discussions with interested parties will be welcomed. The Council is not obliged to accept any offer. Any offer taken forward will be presented to the Councils Cabinet for approval.
Tender forms will be issued no less than 2 months from the bid submission date which will also detail the level of information required with proposals.

Planning & Conservation
Sitting within an important World Heritage Site the property is a Grade II Listed Building. The Council has prepared a detailed Planning Guidance Note (PGN), which is available on request.
The PGN gives important information on the history and designations applicable to the property. Any application will need to acknowledge the applicant is aware of this document and embraces the guidance therein.
