The property can be easily accessed by car. It is completely fenced off and has electric gates which can be operated by each of the 4 apartments.
The property was fully renovated in 1998 creating 4 holiday units with pool and gardens.
Each of the units has its own independent entrance, private terrace space with barbeque area and access to the swimming pool which is 5 X 10m2.

The entire property consist of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 4 kitchens. The total living space is 220m2 divided in 4 living units.

All the apartments have their own independent central heating and individual gas consumption can be metered.

The apartments are comfortable and furnished well.
Great care has been taken to respect of typical Tuscan architectural detailing. The use of chestnut beamed and ceilings, whitewashed walls and terracotta floors reflect the architectural detailing of the area.
In some cases, original internal wooden ceilings were preserved and, where possible, the original stonework has been repointed and left in view.
The apartments have satellite TV.

In many ways this property is a little paradise for those of us who appreciate being immersed in the natural beauty of Tuscany?s mountains and a must for those of us who enjoy hiking, there are an abundance of local mountain trails to enjoy.

The nearest town is Gallicano which is at 10 km. and the city of Lucca is at 50 km while the seaside and skiing are circa an hour?s drive away. This stone built rural property is located at 600m above sea level and offers breath taking views of the surrounding Garfagnana countryside.
