Newly fitted with an array of base and eye level cabinets, and butler sink. There is space for appliances but the tenant must provide their own. The original stove has been left in situ but it has been decommissioned and no longer serviceable.

There is a separate utility room with space for washing machine and dryer, a second basin and boiler cupboard.

The bathroom comprises of a suite with hand basin, bath with fixed rain shower over and a separate hand held attachment. There is a separate WC

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one is again dual aspect, both have cast iron fireplaces (not usable) and array of sockets and aerial.

There is a third room which could be used as a cot room / office.
