A beautifully restored farmhouse dating back to the 16th century; with wonderful views and a convenient location the property is surrounded by two hectares of land that include well laid out gardens and a swimming pool. With two annexes, Tre Archi is ideal for rentals and has all of the original features that one would expect to find in a property of this type.

The main house measures approximately 425 square metres about 75 of which are dedicated to the spacious and elegant reception room with arch and fireplace. There is a separate dining room and a brand new and fully equipped kitchen of about 20 square metres. Both of these rooms have access to the terracotta paved dining terrace which is located to the rear of the property. One of the five bedrooms is on the ground floor and has access to the garden.
