The villa, completed in 2006 and renovated in 2011 and again in 2018, features a private pool, air conditioning, Wi Fi, and a 15 sq.m hydro-massage pool (not heated). Adjacent to the pool is a studio with a double bed that is accessible independently from the main villa, for 2 additional guests, increasing the total occupancy to 6 guests. This beautiful two-storey villa, covering 180 sq.m., is built in the traditional Kefalonian architectural style. It has three bedrooms on the ground floor, consisting of two double rooms and one twin room. The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and have doors leading to a shared veranda. There is a spacious bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and a bathtub, and also a utility closet with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The villa is designed for 6–7 people as it features an attic with wooden interior and a sofa bed. There is air conditioning throughout the villa to ensure comfort. For winter stays there is central heating and a marble-wood fireplace.
