The villa is located in the quiet Lomas del Pozuelo urbanization in the Río Real area, close to elegant beach clubs and one of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, a five-minute drive from the city or the beach and 35 minutes from the airport.

Located in an elevated position in relation to the rest of the neighborhood with a beautiful garden to the front as well as a parking drive.
The villa was built with green energy in mind and is super efficient thanks to the installation of a solar panel and storage battery.
The accommodation is spread over three levels, with the living room, dining room and open kitchen on the ground floor. The living room has a full wall of windows that open to a large terrace with barbecue area. Another lovely feature is the central fireplace which gives an ambient glow to both the living room and dining room.

The first floor offers a master suite with a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom, the room leads to a terrace where we can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and La Concha. There are two further guest bedrooms on this level which share a family bathroom.
The tiles for large pools are special tiles for pools from the Spanish company (Serena mix), these tiles give not only the pool but also the entire garden a very exclusive look, the look expected of a villa in this category of price. The pool also has a shower area.
The German kitchen is equipped with a Smeg oven, an American Smeg refrigerator/freezer and a Siemens dishwasher that connects via an app for control.
The kitchen has a black granite (natural stone) countertop with additional bar area for 2 bar chairs. All Smeg appliances are black and harmonize with the black countertop and white kitchen.

All in all, this is a reasonably priced villa in an attractive location with traditional design, super energy efficient and with easy access to amenities. Our personal opinion is that this is a villa of great value, presented in a striking and meticulous manner.
