Planning permission was granted on 7th November 2012 by Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Council (Ref 12/01494/F) for the erection of a temporary mobile dwelling and polytunnels at the property. The consent was restricted to the period until 6th November 2015 which has since lapsed, which included a condition for the mobile home to be removed from site.
