From the North take the A90 to Dundee. At the four way traffic light junction on the A90 take the right hand junction onto Claverhouse Road. Continue on Claverhouse Road until you reach the round about and take the 3rd exit onto Old Glamis Road. As you approach the corner, take the right hand turn off on to Emmock Road. The land is situated on the right hand side.

If coming from the south take the A90 to Dundee. In Dundee proceed around the Kingsway (A90) and take the junction signposted Aberdeen & Forfar. At the first traffic lights, take the left hand junction onto Claverhouse Road and proceed as above.
