Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transport links around this property are fabulous, it's really close to Lime Street Station, both tunnels and many bus routes. The traffic noise is minimal. There is work happening on the next door TJ Hughes building, but they are very respectful of time and noise disturbance. I park under the building which is super convenient for me, and all the other facilities are fabulous here. In general I find it peaceful and a lovely place to live, there are many shops and restaurants around here but I haven't explored them all yet. This is a super convenient place to live as there is easy access to everything around and we are really close to Liverpool One etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems raised have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, there hasn't really been been many though, just small issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd had time to look around the area and find out which local restaurants/cafe's are the best and where the best places to find locally grown produce are.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is exactly within reach - such a convenient place to live. I have everything I need and in love with the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we first moved in none of the appliances in the flat were working for 4 days but it didn't matter because the response from the team at Milliner's Yard was phenomenal! The managers (the Kevins!) are so on it and run a very tight ship - their professionalism is an inspiration. Such genuinely lovely men who are phenomenal at their job. Also, Zoe and Dean were absolute superstars from day 1. They were so attentive, approachable, professional and always looking to improve our day no matter how busy they were. I want Zoe and Dean to receive special recognition because Milliner's Yard would not be the same without them both on the front desk. They are the face of the residence and if they have access to a bonus scheme, they should absolutely benefit from that 10 fold! Well done Zoe and Dean, you've made us feel so welcome and we hope you get the recognition you deserve for going above and beyond for us!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how amazing this place was so I could've moved in sooner!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent connection to the city centre, also surrounded by some hidden gems, one of Liverpool’s best combat sports gyms in the adjoining street, along with some low-key but lovely coffee shops and nightlife spots.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As noted above there were snags with the apartment at move in, all of these have been resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Love the community vibe and events hosted on-site.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area isn’t great in some ways, because you see a lot of homeless people on the streets. But the apartment complex itself is separate and has its own private area, which is really good and feels completely apart from the neighborhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond quickly and resolve any issues very efficiently. I’m happy with how fast and professionally they handle any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking in the area can be a bit challenging at times, especially during busy hours. It would be helpful to plan ahead or ask about available parking options. Other than that, everything else has been great!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Milliner's Yard fits within the bridge of both convenience and accessibility. On one end we are only 5 minutes walk away from Liverpool Lime Street, the other direction houses a Lidl. There are varieties of food options available, and if nothing fits the taste, the city centre is only 10 mins away. Security was a major priority for our move, and staying here feels very homely more so because there is always someone to approach to in the concierge. Everyone from the team has turned out to be very accommodating and helpful - we realised this right from the day of our move-in. Waste disposal has been very appropriately managed with sufficient number of bins and timely collections throughout. Additionally the bin areas have been maintained in a professional manner with regular cleaning and management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has been always friendly, responsive and open to answer any questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are very well insulated that it is always warm even though it is chilling outside.
