The highly desirable hamlet of Saunton is positioned on the ridge overlooking the beach and flanked by the UNESCO designated world biosphere reserve of Braunton Burrows, (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). From Oceanpoint, Saunton Beach is directly accessible via its own private footpath.

From M5:
Exit M5 at Junction 27 take the A361 signposted Barnstaple/ Tiverton. After approximately 30 miles arrive at Barnstaple and follow signs to Braunton/Ilfracombe for 5 miles. Follow directions from Braunton below.

From Braunton
At the cross road traffic lights in the centre of Braunton, turn left signposted to Croyde and Saunton. Continue along this road into Saunton and after passing the Saunton Sands Hotel, Oceanpoint will be found on the left hand side approached through secure coded gated entry.
