Tynedale Close is situated within a popular 1960/70s-built estate in the semi-rural village of Wylam, in Northumberland within the Tyne Valley. It is approximately 10 miles from Newcastle city centre (via the A695 or A69) and 8.6 miles from Newcastle airport, and is close to other villages and towns in the area, including Crawcrook, Ryton, Prudhoe, Stocksfield and Blaydon.
