All the facilities of Oxford city center are a 10-20 min walk away and in the other direction the facilities of Botley and the West Way centre.

From the back gate of the house is a small nature reserve and open fields. To the front, just one block away, is Kings Meadow from where unfurl miles of off-road trails and local parks. Binsey church, the Thames Path, Port Meadow, Osney and Godstowe Locks, Wytham Woods, Hinskey Hill and Boars Hill are all in walking distance.
