Description

"We loved living in Avon View. The flat is full of natural light with amazing river views, and being on the edge of Troopers Hill means waking up to birds singing and occasional wild animal visits in the car park! The roof balcony is the perfect place to chill in the afternoon with those breathtaking sunsets and nothing beats watching the balloons during Balloon Fiesta crossing above you! For us it's been a home filled with love and laughter where lots of great memories were made."

Flat 7, Avon View is a well-presented home in a fantastic position overlooking the River Avon. The views from the flat are a real highlight — with peaceful scenes across the water and, in the summer, a brilliant vantage point for spotting hot air balloons drifting by. The riverside location also puts you right by lovely walking and cycling routes, including the Bristol to Bath cycle path and Conham River Park just around the corner.

You enter the property into a spacious hallway. On the right, there's a generous double bedroom with built-in storage and its own en-suite. Straight ahead is the lovely open-plan living space — a bright and welcoming room that benefits from lots of natural light. Upstairs, there are two further rooms: one currently used as a bedroom, and the other set up as an office. The office space opens out onto a large private balcony with beautiful views over the river — a perfect spot to relax or work with a view. The flat also comes with allocated parking and easy access to the nearby shops, cafés, and green spaces of Hanham, St George, and Redfield.

The house comes partially furnished.
