Entering the apartment we find ourselves in a lovely entrance hall with double doors immediately to our right granting access to a large living/dining room. This room is a great size and is flooded with natural light via the 2 juliet balconies. The living room has also had installed a fantastic corner pellet burner as well as a brand new air-conditioning unit. Back in the entrance hall a door directly in front leads into a long L-shaped hallway running the full length of the apartment. To our left we'll find the fully fitted kitchen offering plenty of worktop and storage space together with an independent utility room which is ideal for additional storage.

Continuing down the hall we come to the first of the double bedrooms to our right which includes another brand new air-conditioning unit and juliet balcony. This bedroom is a very generous size with more than enough space for a king-size bed and freestanding wardrobes. Adjacent to this we'll find the 2nd double bedroom again including a juliet balcony which is currently used as a dressing room. Next to this bedroom we'll find the main family bathroom which includes a full bath. The hall then turns left to the 2nd bathroom with half-bath while the 3rd and final double bedroom sits at the end of the hall.

As mentioned previously the apartment boasts access to a huge communal roof terrace which enjoys lovely views over the village and even the distant sea. The block also includes lift access.

Situated in the centre of the village you'll find all your daily amenities within striking distance including supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, etc. Palomares also enjoys a wonderful street market every Wednesday morning where you can purchase locally produced fruit and vegetables. The beaches of Palomares and Vera Playa are also very popular and are found just 2km away from the property.
