Homes in Twyford are in high demand, especially ones that been well cared for just like this one. The house is in great condition having just had new carpets fitted throughout, it's also recently had both the kitchen and the bathroom refitted amongst other improvements over the last few years. Upstairs it offers two great size bedrooms with the bathroom in between them. The estate that the house is tucked away in, has always been popular with a choice of local parks/ walks on the doorstep and also having Twyford Village just a short walk away. Its rare to find a two bedroom house that comes with parking for two vehicles but this has just that with two allocated spaces directly outside the front. Coupled also with a nice size, low maintenance garden (with it's own shed). If you're looking for something that is ready to move into straight away then this is not one to miss out on.

I loved this house from the moment I entered on my first viewing several years ago; such a welcoming feeling. My tenant loved it too and stayed for many years before moving to another part of the country. It is a cosy peaceful home with private parking, in a lovely neighbourhood, with easy access to the station which is in comfortable walking distance; 10mins train into Reading, and a quick service to London.

Broad Hinton is well regarded road and this property is tucked in a quiet cul de sac tucked away off of the ever popular Waltham Chase estate. The house sits within a few minutes walk of green space, including Stanlake Meadow. This is a superb spot if you are a commuter as Twyford train station (Elizabeth Line) is just over a 10 minute walk away and if you go a couple of minutes further on from there, you will reach Twyford Village with all of its amenities. There are also great transport links via bus and car, with a bus stop just around the corner from the house. Links to both the A329, M4 and M3 are easy to reach from here.
