The ABP Cromarty Firth Energy Park is strategically located within the Highlands and Islands and provides direct access to the North Sea and unrivalled road connectivity via the A6 and A96. The Park is within close proximity to Scottish offshore wind development zones, particularly Moray Firth wind farm sites and ScotWind leasing areas in the north-eastern Scottish waters.

Located on the North Sea / Cromarty Firth, the site is designated as a tax site within the Inverness and Cromarty Firth Green Freeport and falls within the Highland and Islands Enterprise development focus, which is prioritised for economic development and energy transition support.
