On the ground floor, a covered porch protects the front door, opening up into an atrium and spacious hallway. To the right double doors open to a bright, spacious sitting room with French doors onto the patio and back garden. To the right is the WC, utility room (with access to back garden), and the gorgeous L-shaped kitchen/diner/kids’ room. The garage has an up and over door and side pedestrian door. To the rear of the garage is a smart home office/garden room, and a lovely sun trap patio perfect for the barbecue.
