Everything is close by, the location is the best in brighton. Anything is within walking distance. Recommend.

I havent had any Issues thankfully but it seems to be very responsive.

Absolutely love living in this part of the laines. The college opposite is quiet on weekends, and the vicinity of coffee shops and lovely food places is unbeatable!

Well and swiftly - we have always been helped with anything needed!

The location is perfect, everything you could want or need is right on your doorstep. I think it’s the right balance between the bustle of Brighton and a quieter place

It used to be a little slow to get things fixed, but the last couple of months have been improved greatly

That I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else but here!

Close to Sainsbury’s and aldi, and walking distance from Preston park. Easy to get to the train station (6 minute walk).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes-they are prompt in resolving issues and if not immediately fixable they provide an accurate estimate of the timeline.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bike storage is a useful extra, it’s worth having a dog friendly building in case you decide to get a pet in the future.

The location of the Blockhouse is excellent!! It’s super central to all Brighton has to offer, and has busses and trains right outside the door to take you anywhere you can’t walk to. The building is quiet and blocks out almost all of the hustle and bustle of the city to ensure a quiet and cosy home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
So far we have had no issues to even raise to the building management.

The only thing I can think of is that I wish the north gate was in operation!! Other than that I absolutely love living here.
