The villa has been built halfway up a hillside, at an altitude of about 175m above sea level but just 1800m inland. This gives it a sensational panoramic view facing west over the Gulf of Sant'Agata di Militello. On a clear day the western Aeolian islands are in view, and in the evening the sunsets will have you racing for your camera to capture the colourful display across the sky and the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
