    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is perfect and easy to stay connected to the city. This is the only building where any issues are fixed very quickly, without any hassle. My best experience is it’s the front desk, especially the night staff Funmi. She always puts a smile on my face no matter what and I always see her chatting to people who are more than happy to speak with her.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very well. I’ve had no major issues in my time staying here

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The only thing I wish was knowing is pets were allowed in my specific apartment. I would have considered it at the start but not caused me issues

    Really impressed with the location, literally perfect. Transport links are ideal, and some great shops nearby. Chester road can be a little noisy at night.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The maintenance team has always responded very quickly and have been very helpful.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I knew more about the events on! Oh and also maybe about the lack of air con in summertime.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    I really enjoy living in my local area. Every day necessities like groceries, take out stores and transportation are made easy. There is a local post office close by that I can walk to and take care of my postal needs. The tram station is also a walking distance which makes moving around very easy. The location of the building being right outside Cornbrook station makes it very easy to pop into the city centre at any time.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management is good at communicating and getting back to me promptly when problems are raised. There has never been an issue that I had that was not dealt with urgency and resolved in a way that was more than satisfactory.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the building was located so central to everything. I really enjoy being about to pop into the grocery store, post office, etc.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Living in this building has been a dream, you’ve got a great range of shops less than a ten minute walk away. The banyan tree is such a nice family ran local restaurant which is less than a five minutes walk away, next door to a Morrisons. Across the road there is a coffee shop ran by a lovely man, so friendly and so welcoming. You’re a two minute walk from cornbrook tram stop and at the bottom there is a coffee van ran by a local resident called “Elliot’s”. You’ve also got a co-op and Tesco on each side of the building, you’re flush for independent Anand chain shops.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We’ve only ever had two issues but they were fixed the day after reported. There is a very easy app to report any problems which get sorted right away.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t know that at the start of every month they release a schedule of different events which they’re holding for the month. They hold summer events, wine and cheese nights, arts and crafts even yoga! I love that there is a cloths recycling bin in the basement so any clothes that I don’t want/ need can go to people in need.

    Never had any major problems small issues get dealt with promptly
