    Conveniently located near the city centre with access to all transport options. Parking available both underground and adjacent.

    I haven’t spoken with management directly, but I am grateful for the communication through the app.

    There is a second Moda site not too far away with a rooftop running track. As a resident of Loudons, are we able to access this feature?

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    There are lots of restaurants to choose from, and that’s without going to the city centre. We haven’t experienced any issues with antisocial behaviour. The bin collections have been interesting, but I often see the staff in the bin store sorting things out.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Never had any issues to report to management. Front desk are always on hand

    We were given a through walkthrough before signing.

    The local area around Moda Loudon’s Yard is convenient and easy to live in. There are good shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, with the city centre only a short distance away. Transport links are good, with buses and main roads close by. There are nice canal paths and open spaces for walks.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management generally responds to issues in a reasonable way. Most problems raised were eventually resolved, although responses were not always quick. When followed up properly, issues were dealt with professionally, and staff such as Zayn and Oliver were particularly helpful and responsive

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Overall, the building quality and amenities do match what is shown during viewings.

    Being so close to the city centre, yet far enough away that you can’t hear it. Our neighbours are amazing, and the staff are brilliant. The bin room used to get a bit smelly. The parcel room is sometimes disorganised.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building now has new management but never had any dealings.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That we could have been happier here than at the place we were before.

    We live on a private street which is off a busy main road. There is underground parking and parking next door. It is very quiet.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have never met the management to speak to although we see her around the building.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    We spent a long time during the viewing asking lots of questions which were all answered.
