Whitlock and Heaps are a family owned and run company who were founded in 1948 and are one of Brighton and Hove's most established estate agents offering an unrivalled wealth of local knowledge and experience from our prominent Sackville Road office.

Our firms aim is to maintain the high level of standards that have been expected and achieved over the years, with many clients having sold and purchased their properties through our firm now recommending their children to us to purchase or rent their first home.

Our firm also acquired Cales and Co estate agents who have been established for over thirty years and themselves are a well-respected independent firm. Cales and Whitlock and Heaps have had a close working relationship for a number of years through Peter and Steve Caiels' friendship and mutual respect with the firms sharing Christmas Parties for over twenty years and in more recent years Jack married Steve's daughter Nyree. When the opportunity arose for the two firms to combine it was a merger that was too perfect a fit to not complete.
