Kissinger Property Management We are an established and fully independent company offering our clients a professional and courteous service to assist them through their letting and renting transactions. Our friendly and helpful team have all lived in and around the town for the majority of their lives and have local knowledge and an understanding of their market place considered second to none.

Managing Director Donna Kissinger purchased the company, formally trading as James Bains in August 2004 having lived and worked in Attleborough for many years prior. Donna started her career in Residential Estate Agency during the difficult marketing conditions in the early 1990's. Coming from a corporate background she has the benefit of disciplined training and having seen the property market go through extreme highs and lows has learnt to think outside the box when negotiating on behalf of her clients. Donna has expanded the company and in July 2011 relocated the business to their current location in Exchange Street in the heart of Attleborough offering clients and staff a welcoming, comfortable and confidential environment.

Staff progression and training is taken very seriously and despite the fact that all the staff have many combined years industry experience all the team have completed their technical awards and achieved qualifications through the National Association of Letting Agents (ARLA). In an unregulated industry we feel it very important to protect our clients and subscribe to, and therefore work by, the code of conduct of The Ombudsman for Estate Agency Scheme. As an independent company we are able to work outside of the constraints of some of our multi office competitors to offer a bespoke and flexible service, listening to our customers needs and always working in their best interests.

Letting Property. Having had many years experience in the lettings market we understand that all landlords are not the same and all have very different needs. From the first time single property landlord to the large portfolio landlord we can offer a tailor made service to accommodate your requirements. We understand the sometimes daunting, everchanging and complicated legislation and work hard to keep you inside the law whether you just need a tenant find service, require financial management only or would rather have very little involvement and need an agent they can trust to fully manage their investment property. We financially qualify all of our tenants, offer free rent guarantee insurance and regularly inspect our rental properties to minimise any future problems. We take damage deposits which are registered with the tenancy deposit scheme therefore protecting both landlord and tenants and take full inventory's with many photographs to back the inventory's up. For maintenance needs we work closely with local contractors and don't load their invoices with administration charges, what they invoice is what our landlords pay. All this is done in house therefore giving our clients just one point of contact.
