11-month fixed term tenancy

THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS IS AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR is easy to follow; you just need to provide full details for all the tenants in you group and their guarantors. Once submitted you will be directed to a screen to pay the holding deposit of £100 per person. Completing the holding deposit payment will secure the property you.

Please note that once you submit your application the property will appear as let agreed. To secure the property you must complete the payment process which is displayed after submitting your application.

The holding deposit will be set against the full deposit due when the tenancy agreement is signed. If you withdraw your application, you will forfeit the holding deposit paid. If the landlord withdraws the property, or does not accept your application, the holding deposit paid will be refunded.
