Description

Seller’s View

We’ve loved this house, snuggled away in a quiet, secluded spot at the end of the road. It’s been our home for 18 years and has grown with us over time. We’ve really enjoyed investing in the space and opening it up to create that lovely, open-plan, indoor-outdoor feel.

Thanks to the south-facing aspect, the home is filled with light and warmth throughout the day, and we’ve made the most of the garden all year round. We’ve created a few zones outside so you can follow the sun from morning to evening — it’s a peaceful space that’s been a joy to spend time in.

Living in Eversley has been a big part of why we’ve stayed so long. There are loads of country walks and bike rides straight from the doorstep, and they often end up with a well-earned drink at one of the local pubs — both just a few minutes’ walk away.

Even though it’s a quiet village, we’re still really well connected. Larger shops are only 10–15 minutes away, there are great local gyms nearby, and we’re in a good school catchment, with Charles Kingsley Primary within walking distance. The M3 and M4 are also easily accessible for commuting.

What we’ve really appreciated is that the house offers so much more than you might expect — it’s quiet, practical, has great storage, extra parking, and is surrounded by nature. It’s been a calm and comfortable place to live, and we’re sure the next owners will feel right at home here too.

Jack’s Comments

As soon as you walk into this home, you get a real sense that it’s been cared for and thoughtfully upgraded over time — it’s got that rare combination of being beautifully finished, yet still really homely and welcoming.

The owners have done an incredible job throughout. You’ve got Amtico flooring running through the ground floor, which not only looks great but is really practical too. The open-plan layout has transformed the downstairs space — it’s bright, social, and flows really well, especially with the triple-glazed bi-fold doors opening straight onto the sunny, south-facing garden. In the summer, it’s a proper inside-outside living space — perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The kitchen is fully modernised with great attention to detail, and there’s a handy downstairs WC discreetly tucked away just off the kitchen — ideal for guests or everyday living. Upstairs, you’ve got three well-proportioned bedrooms, including an upgraded en-suite, a stylish main bathroom, and everything feels fresh, light and ready to move straight into.

Outside, the landscaped garden is low-maintenance but still full of character, with a lovely sunny aspect that makes it feel like an extra living space when the weather’s right. And unlike many terraced homes, you’ve got a garage and driveway parking to the front — which really adds to the convenience, especially as the garage is accessible from the kitchen.

It’s genuinely one of those houses where you don’t have to do a thing — it’s all been done for you, to a really high standard, whether thats the beautiful finish or the upgraded boiler and electrics. If you’re looking for a proper turnkey home in a peaceful, well-kept part of Eversley, this is definitely one to come and see.

Area View – Eversley

Eversley is a charming and sought-after Hampshire village that perfectly balances peaceful countryside living with excellent local connections. Known for its leafy surroundings, open green spaces and strong sense of community, it’s the kind of place people come to settle and stay.

Whether you're taking a walk through Eversley Common, enjoying the local pubs like The Chequers or The Tally Ho, or just appreciating the quiet, well-kept streets, it’s a location that feels relaxed yet well-connected. For families, the area benefits from well-regarded local schools including Charles Kingsley’s Primary School, and there are plenty of countryside walks and cycle routes right on your doorstep.

Despite its village feel, Eversley is conveniently placed for commuters, with nearby Fleet and Wokingham train stations offering direct links into London, and easy access to the M3 and M4 motorways.

It’s a location that really offers the best of both worlds – rural charm with day-to-day convenience.
