Ciliau Ganol Bungalow stands on the North Pembrokeshire Coastline within the strumble Head Peninsula some 3 miles or so North West of the Market Town of Fishguard and within 2 miles or so of the Coastal Town of Goodwick. Goodwick being close by, has the benefit of several Shops, a General Store/Post Office, a Primary and Secondary Schools, Chapels, Public Houses, Restaurants, Hotels, a Fish & Chip Shop Café/Take-Away, Petrol /Filling Station/Store and a Supermarket.
The well known Market Town of Fishguard is within a short drive and has the benefit of a good Shopping Centre together with a wide range of amenities including a secondary school and facilities. The Pembrokeshire Coastline at the Parrog, Goodwick is within a half mile walk across National Trust owned farmland and close by are other well known sandy beaches and coves at Pwllcrochan, Abermawr, Aberbach, Abercastle, Abrefelin, Porthgain, Whitesands Bay, Pwllgwaelod, Cwm-yr-Eglwys and Newport Sands. The Country and Market Town of Haverefordwest is some 17 miles or so south and has the benefit of an excellent Shopping Centre together with an extensive range of amenities and facilities including Primary and Secondary Schools.
There are good road links along the Main A40 from Fishguard to Haverfordwest and Carmarthen and the M4 to Cardiff and London as well as good rail links from both Fishguard and Haverfordwest to Carmarthen, Cardiff, London Paddington and the rest of the UK. Ciliau Ganol is within a mile or so by road from the hamlet of Llanwnda which has uninterrupted coastal sea views and can be enjoyed over the North Pembrokeshire Coastline from the yard and land.
DIRECTIONS
From Haverfordwest, take the Main A40 road north for some 14 miles and upon reaching Fishguard and the Bypass, bear left (first exit) signposted for Goodwick and Fishguard Harbour. Proceed on this road for in excess of half a mile and upon reaching the roundabout, take the first exit and follow the road for a further 500 yards or so and upo reaching the roundabout adjacent to Tesco Express, take the second exit (straight on) and proceed up to Goodwick. Upon reaching The Rose & Crown Public House, turn left and continue straight on up Goodwick Hill in the direction of Stop & Call. Proceed around the 90o bend in the road, turn right (straight on) signposted to Llanwnda. Continue on this road for 300/400 yards and follow the road 90o to the right. Continue on this road for a further 300 yards or so and where the road bears left for Llanwnda, proceed straing on. Continue down the road for half a mile or so and Cilau Ganol is the first property on the right.
From Fishguard Bypass Roundabout, take the second exit signposted to Goodwick and Fishguard Harbour. Continue on this road for 500/600 yards and upon reaching the roundabout adjacent to Tesco Express take the second exit (straigth on) and follow the above instructions up to Goodwick.
