2Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nice area beside the quays with good walks and views. Very convenient with the tram nearby and a Co-op in the building. Generally quiet and easy to live in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes but they are either forgotten or ignored by the senior management
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The parking situation is so expensive for what is offered & I found cheaper & more secure alternatives.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great choice of local shops and places to eat/drink, with parks and open spaces nearby. Transport links are convenient by bus/tram and road. Street is generally peaceful; parking area super nice.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always respond to any of my questions and needs Building management has generally been responsive and professional when issues were raised. Communication is clear, and most matters are handled in a reasonable timeframe, although some requests can take longer during busier periods.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to be shown how the stove, washing machine, and heating work when I arrived.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Eda.it is the reason I could extend my stay in UK. It offered me 'my style of living' at affordable price. So convinient to reach any happening place or office as Team station is just outside of building. Area is stunning. Gives a feeling of high class... Be it a walk or eating out or be it watching movie or shopping all are just 10 min walk. Spending late evenings in waterfront is mesmerizing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Mabel is spontaneous Dan, Lewis knows how to respond. Salina is beauty with brain... Even housekeeping respect their job and they know tenants are the cause....
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking spaces is limited. But you can book your parking space next to building. It's costly but convinient.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I'll start with the only negative which is parking, its not ideal, but they do have a car park a few minutes walk away if you are happy to pay for it, that's where the negatives end, the local are is nice and most things like shops, cafes etc are either a short walk or a quick tram into the city centre, The local area is kept clean and well maintained.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had a slight issue with our wi-fi losing signal, we reported it and Martin was up in less than 10 mins and resolved it there and then, i'm extremely confident that if we encountered any further issues that these would be resolved at a more than adequate timescale.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It can be difficult to reach the management team, however it seems all things go through the front desk team and they handle anything superbly, if they cant then they will escalate to management and then the response is pretty swift, the system seems to work so it has to be commended, The front desk team are the heartbeat of the place without a shadow of a doubt.
