"Living at Tidman Road has been a real pleasure. It’s peaceful, friendly and always well looked after. The location couldn’t be better, just a short distance from Junction 11 of the M4, an easy walk to Green Park, and a bus stop right outside that goes straight into town and to Reading station. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is close at hand.

The flat itself has been my first home and I’ve loved every minute of living here. It’s bright and spacious with an open-plan layout that’s perfect for hosting. The kitchen island is the heart of the space and makes a great spot for friends to gather, with the flat feeling peaceful and private even when entertaining.

There’s gated parking and bike storage, plus plenty of visitor spaces which makes having people over nice and easy. The communal areas and gardens are always clean and tidy, and the building is well cared for. The flat is very energy efficient too, so the bills have always been pleasantly low.

I’ve looked after this place with real care and it still feels as fresh and welcoming as the day I moved in. I’ll be sad to leave, but I know the next owners will be just as happy here as I’ve been."
