The lounge has an Inglenook fireplace with a stove, and French doors out to the rear garden. In the kitchen there is a newly installed electric hob and oven and an integrated fridge freezer. A freestanding washing machine is included, although this is left as a gesture of goodwill and can be removed if required.

Heating is via an Oil boiler with radiators and there is a stove in the lounge. Although the showers are electric, there is also an electric immersion heater as an additional source of hot water. Oil, electric and council tax bills are the responsibility of the tenant, but water usage is included in the rent (therefore no water bill).
