***A message from the Homeowner to you...***
"Well the time has come to move on and down size. The children have long gone to
their own properties and it’s time to hand over the house to the next guardian,
hopefully a family that can enjoy it like we have for nearly 20 years.
I have invested in the property by adding a substantial and individually designed
games room with full sized pub pool table, classic CD Jukebox and sporting and
Queen Memorabilia.
Heating is provided by the central heating plus an additional
heat pump air conditioning unit. We have had many family and friends parties in the
room. When the kids were at school they often invited their friend’s around for a
games night and I’ve only just been informed by my boys that they were the envy of
their school mates.
During COVID we also built a summer house which provides a great outdoor space.
It’s used mainly in summer but can also be used during the winter months, again
provided with a heat pump air conditioning unit. It’s great to sit outside in the summer
sun whilst watching sport on the large screen TV through the open double French
doors and sipping a cold drink from the bar.
It’s a home that provides quite a few ways to unwind and relax. Outdoor hot tub,
indoor multi-jet shower/steam generator, Jacuzzi bath, infra-red Sauna and sun bed.
Or if you’re feeling more energetic, a running machine, cycle machine and stepper.
One of my favourite rooms is the conservatory, especially in summer were you can
enjoy the garden with manicured lawn and colourful trees and shrubbery. And its
home to two squirrels, occasional fox and an unbelievably friendly Robin.
Hessle is a great town with good shops, friendly pubs/bars and restaurants and the
square is only a short walk.
Oh and I must mention my neighbours, all three of them.
They are lovely people and
we have always got on extremely well, always looking out for each other."
