Brookdale Property Management are an independent letting agent covering the Peterborough area. We were established in 1989 and pride ourselves on our approach to finding the right tenants for our landlords so that the whole letting process starts on a positive note.

We have 18 full time staff so always have a good range of coverage both in numbers and experience to capably handle any issues that come our way. We operate on a non-commission basis so you can be sure that we are not going to place a tenant in your property with only a financial reward in mind.

Our application process has often been compared to that of a mortgage application. We carry out all referencing in-house and ask all applicants to provide three months bank statements so we may assess how they manage their money - it is pointless knowing someone earns £40,000 if you are unaware of how they spend it! We also (where practical) visit the applicants current address so we may see how they look after the property rather than just relying on a landlord reference.
