5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is convenient to live in as it’s located in the city centre, with easy access to a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafés. While it is a little far from the school, the overall environment is pleasant and well maintained. Transport links are good and make getting around the city straightforward. Living on the street is generally comfortable, although, as with most central locations, it can be busy at times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It's really quick responds. Our apartment was lack of some furniture before our move-in. Andy and Connor are really efficient and helpful to organise our new sofa and bed. Amazing team!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more clearly about the available viewing times for booking appointments, as this would have made planning a bit easier before moving in.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location-wise, it’s very central and close to my office, which makes daily life convenient. Being near the city centre means easy access to a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and shops, as well as the general energy of Glasgow. Transport links are excellent, with good bus and train connections nearby. The main downside of living so centrally is the occasional noise from traffic and the busy atmosphere, but overall the convenience outweighs this.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Just moved in, so there are no issue at this stage
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, there isn’t anything I wish I had known beforehand. Everything that was advertised and discussed during the viewing process has been accurate and as expected. The information provided was clear, and there were no surprises after moving in, which I really appreciated.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area offers an excellent blend of convenience and quality of life. There is a wide selection of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, catering to a variety of tastes and offering a consistently high standard. Nearby west end and open spaces are well maintained and provide a welcome retreat for walks and relaxation. Transport links are very strong, with frequent bus services and convenient train connections, making travel straightforward, although services can be busier during peak hours.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s really responsive and helpful. The RA Amy and Andy are so supportive and lovely!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
For the building specifically, I wish I had known just how community-focused it is.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area offers a great range of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There are also pleasant open spaces nearby, which are nice for a walk or some fresh air. Transport links are very convenient, with bus stops close by and good connections to the city centre and universities, making commuting easy. The street itself is generally quiet and well maintained, with regular bin collections and little anti-social behaviour. Traffic noise is minimal most of the time, although it can be slightly busier during peak hours. Overall, it is a convenient and comfortable place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team respond quickly and resolve issues effectively.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the window can’t be opened widely. It’s a small detail but important for peace of mind.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in this area has been very convenient overall. There is a good range of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, so daily life is easy. Transport links are a real highlight. Buses are frequent and nearby, making it simple to get to different parts of the city, and walking is also very manageable for many destinations. The area feels generally safe and calm, with no noticeable anti-social behaviour. Traffic noise is minimal most of the time, and bin collections are regular. Parking can be limited, but this is fairly typical for a city location and not a major issue if you don’t rely on a car.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been very responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised questions or minor issues. They communicate clearly, act quickly, and make sure things are followed up properly, which makes living here feel well managed and reassuring rather than stressful.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how genuinely community-focused the building is. From a viewing you see the design and facilities, but you don’t really see how approachable the management team is or how easy it is to settle in.
