K&A is a Portuguese company, based in Foz, Porto, since 2005.

We are present in 4 areas: Residential, Leisure, Corporate, Hotels and Resorts.

In the Residential area, we focus on the luxury market in prime locations, where we have sold the best properties.

In 2007 we decided to also invest in downtown Porto and its urban rehabilitation.

In 2008 we became the first official Portuguese mediator for SRU – Porto Vivo, and throughout these years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto´s historic center.

In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a highly visible K&A flagship store.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs, and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” – Let´s find housing for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020 we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve.

In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. In 2023 we began participating in international trade fairs, notably at MIPIM in Cannes.
