    Good: 1. The nearby metrolink makes transportation convenient 2. The management office staff are helpful , efficient and respond promptly whenever I approach them for assistance, including Molly Smyth, Holly , Ms. Leila. In particular, Ms Leila speaks Cantonese, which makes communication very easier and effective. Her flexible, efficient, and quick respond, which allows problems to be resolved promptly. Bad: the smell of smoke always enter my flat, especially evening, midnight and weekends.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    When I first moved in last year, the bed frame and mattress were damaged. After I submitted the defect report, your management office responded promptly and arranged for the damaged items to be replaced with new ones .

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known that smoke smells can enter through the ventilation system even I closed all windows.

    The area is amazing as it is in central Manchester. The local transport links are amazing too. The apartments are quiet.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been absolutely responsive and have shown professionalism

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    That there wasn’t visitor parking. The NCP is very expensive.

    The local amenities are very good with multiple supermarkets and cafes, as well as a gym. Being so close to a well connected station is also amazing.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We’ve been informed of any planned checks or work going on well in advance, making it easy to plan around. Whenever an issue is raised to staff it gets broadcast to everyone so we know that’s it being worked on.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Initially we were told the carpet in the bedroom was going to be replaced, it seems that isn’t the case anymore.

    Sometimes noise at the midnight. Not sure is resident or outside people. I understand it is not easy control.

    Building management responded soon especially for the maintenance department.

    Safe place, good place for living. Staff very friendly Tyler, Martina, Carla. The building is very quiet.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Excellent support. They are quick to reply. Friendly too.

    Any questions just ask receptionist. They help a lot.
