    Ideal position Londis supermarket underneath the building, Asda and Lidl 5 minutes walk away . Mast and rigging pub opposite with a varied menu , shows live football and other sports . Also has quizzes and other regular events. Regular buses from outside Asda or opposite Lidl . Train station ( Gillingham) 20 minutes walk . Dockside shopping centre is 20 minutes walk away . Variety of shops , restaurants, 2 pubs , a gym and an odeon cinema

    The front desk team are always available Monday to Friday and have always assisted me in a friendly manner

    With their decent build quality you cannot hear any noise from your neighbours ( unlike many new build flats )

    Locally, the main area where there is a great deal of activity is Canary Wharf. Poplar itself, unfortunately feels very underdevelopment and borderline rural — which is odd for London. Fortunately, I feel I have everything I need in Balfron Tower. Equally, I work in the city, in Liverpool Street and I feel I get plenty of opportunities to see some what makes London a vibrant city.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I feel problems are solved very quickly, unless it's an area of expertise where they can't be to blame, like the lifts.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There isn't really anything I wish I'd known before I moved in, I'm very happy to be living in Balfron Tower.

    Living in Bromley-by-Bow is really convenient day-to-day. You’re close to Stratford/Westfield for big shops and restaurants, and there are enough local supermarkets and takeaways nearby for the basics. The best part is transport: Bromley-by-Bow station is easy to reach and getting into the City/Canary Wharf is straightforward, plus there are plenty of buses. For green space, it’s nice being near the canals and parks for a walk or run.

    I would say the management team is really good. They quickly fixed my issue upon request.

    Probably the amount of people living in the building/more introduction about the area if people are unfamiliar

    It’s an 8 minute walk from the tube station which is super handy and so close to central London via tube. It has everything you need/want around here including shops, restaurants and gyms.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes they have and it’s been dealt with within a few days to even a few hours!

    I feel that I was told pretty much everything before moving in.
